we want you to love what you ordered. if something’s not right, you’ve got 30 days from the purchase date to send it back.

the basics

• returns accepted within 30 days

• items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging

• customers are responsible for return shipping

• no restocking fees

• no final sale items (everything is eligible)

once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping).

• please send all returns to the above address

• we’re not able to cover lost or stolen packages after delivery, or orders shipped to an incorrect address
