QUICK TIPS FOR WRITING ON YOUR TEES

Just like your good ‘ole P.E. shirt from high school or middle school, if you plan on writing your name, crew’s name or lake name on your lake clean-up tee, it’s best to:

  • Put a notepad or piece of cardboard between the two layers of the tee so there’s no chance of bleed-through

  • Have a friend hold the shirt tight like in the photo

  • Use a wider permanent marker — in the example, we initially used a “fine” sharpie (not ultra fine, the one that’s more of a normal size) — we had to pivot and grab the wide sharpie

  • Write slowly : )
